Using your own test site, we will provide contextual training for your administrator. Administrators will learn how to set up Chat from the Admin Console, experience chat with a customer, agent, and supervisor perspective, and working with setting up the Chat Syndicated Widgets. Administrators will also have an understanding of important chat-related configuration settings and reports, and learn vital information related to co-browse within chat. Attendees for this class should have an understanding of Administrator Fundamentals, including Profile Permissions. Upon completion of this course, your Service Cloud Administrator should have the ability to set up and maintain Overview of Agent Chat Experience.
